This is our home page. This Website was created for the express purpose of reviewing selected decisions dealing with firearms with comments by Victor D. Quilici, attorney at law. Some cases will be summarized with notations of the principal issues raised therein, and may include references to applicable cited case authority supporting the decisions.

This site will cover some recent U.S. and State Supreme Court decisions regarding firearms, legislative matters pertaining to firearm laws, and, from time to time, state and federal appellate court firearm decisions.

Selected search & seizure cases will also be reviewed, considering many involve firearm charges.

Occasionally, a guest commentary will be offered and visitors to this site are welcome to view the material provided--which should prove to be informative and, at times, most controversial.
